Greg Corasiniti

Greg has been serving as a medical device professional and leader for over 20 years.
He has led teams and projects spanning strategy, operations, and contracting as well as diversity, equity and inclusion. As a father of a child with Down Syndrome, he is passionate about creating opportunities for every person to individually thrive.

Stephanie Hawkinson
CPG Sales Executive // MBA // Board Secretary
With over 23 years of sales & finance leadership experience at General Mills, Hershey, and Sargento Foods, Steph has led teams to deliver win-win business solutions to drive differential category growth. She is a resident of the Orono community, along with her husband Nick and two children (Grace - 11, Leo - 7), and an active member in her church and neighborhood. Fostering inclusive networks and communities through positivity and showing up when hearing the call from God are her mantras.

Matt Treff
Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City // Information Management // Board Treasurer
Matt is currently in a career as an information management professional, helping his organization organize, maintain and destroy its information throughout its lifecycle. Matt has a passion for helping others grow both personally and professionally and feels everyone should have the benefit of strong community support regardless of their background.

Jim Buck
Medtech // Executive and Board Director // Board Member
Jim Buck is an inspired medical device leader who brings 30 years of experience successfully uncovering, developing and commercializing innovative medical technologies. Most recently, Jim served as the President and CEO of Israeli cancer imaging innovator ClearCut Medical while holding a Board Director position at Medcura (since 2018); was President and CEO of the American Heart Association award-winning heart valve therapy developer, Mardil Medical. Prior to that, Jim was VP of Marketing and Business Development at Closure Medical, where he directed the product-mapping strategy and execution for a novel surgical sealant and adhesive technology, that was acquired by Johnson & Johnson, for over $370 million. Jim has also worked executive and management roles for St. Jude Medical, Inc. Jim holds an MBA from Northwestern University, (Evanston, IL) and an undergraduate degree from Indiana University, (Bloomington, IN)

Jared Kingry
Woodridge Church // Middle School Pastor // Board Member
God has put a deep love and care for today’s youth in Jared's heart. He has spent over a decade ministering to students at summer camps, schools, and church. Jared joined the board for Hope Filled Café because he carries a hope that every person, regardless of individual abilities, would encounter support, thereby being equipped and encouraged by their local community so that they may know their unique giftings, talents, and purpose.

Jennifer Dumdei

Jenny has been serving as a human resources professional for 20 years, specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion for global companies. As a strategic Global Senior HR Director, she has led enterprise-wide talent solutions, leadership development, and organizational transformation within complex, matrix-structured manufacturing organizations. With a proven track record of partnering with executives, she drives strategic initiatives in change management, organizational design, and resource optimization to support commercial, sales, marketing, supply chain, and functional business areas. As a mother of two teenage girls, she strives to create inclusive environments for all.

Bill Whitley

Bill Whitley is a nationally recognized speaker, author, and researcher specializing in sales and client relationships. A former top sales executive with an 80% close rate, he founded The Whitley Group in 1989, helping companies like IBM and Apple improve sales messaging. Bill’s research-based approach teaches financial professionals how to attract clients, communicate value, and build lasting relationships. He is the author of Eight Secrets of the Top-Performing Agents and Art of the Rainmaker, which provide insights into effective sales strategies and client engagement.

Tedi Anne Hasapopoulos
Bethel Seminary // Professor: Teaching Partner // Advisor
Tedi Anne is a seasoned business professional and practitioner/scholar as an MBA professor at Bethel University following an extensive business career for Target, General Mills and with her own consulting company engaging in strategic planning for brands of multiple Fortune 500 companies.
Tedi Anne is also a practical theologian, doing doctoral studies in exploring how God calls us to meaningful, expressive ways to bring His goodness into our everyday spheres so that others also experience His goodness. Her passion is paying it forward, showing gratitude for those who helped develop her wisdom and expertise by doing the same for others.

Andrea Ratfield
Delta Air Lines // Captain // Board Member (non-voting)
Andrea passionately believes in the inherent value of every individual and the universality of God's love, irrespective of backgrounds or abilities. Her vision for Hope Filled Café is to create a world where everyone feels embraced, loved, included, and recognized for who they are meant to be.
Driven by her commitment for inclusive communities and inspired by her faith, Andrea has established and volunteered alongside numerous non-profits to ensure no one feels left behind or forgotten. When she is not flying, Andrea is obtaining her PhD in Organization, Management, and Entrepreneurship to ensure that everyone, regardless of abilities and disabilities, receives the support and opportunities needed to thrive, fostering a world of love, inclusion, and acceptance.
